Powering Zambia's
Sustainable Future.
Heliosphere Energy is developing utility-scale solar projects that deliver clean, reliable and affordable energy for Zambia.
Local Commitment · Long-Term Impact
A renewable energy developer, built for Zambia.
Heliosphere Energy Limited is a Zambia-incorporated renewable energy development company focused on the development, financing, construction, and long-term operation of grid-connected solar photovoltaic projects.
Established in Lusaka, the company was created with the objective of building a scalable renewable energy platform capable of supporting Zambia's growing energy demand through practical and bankable solar infrastructure development.
Our approach combines international investment perspective with on-the-ground project execution. We focus on identifying strategically positioned solar opportunities, developing projects from early-stage concept through to ready-to-build status, and selectively constructing photovoltaic infrastructure projects with long-term operational value.

Land of exceptional solar resource and a growing electricity market.
To contribute to Zambia's energy transition through the development of reliable, scalable and sustainable solar infrastructure.
- 01Develop grid-connected solar PV projects with long-term operational value.
- 02Support diversification of Zambia's power generation mix.
- 03Build strong and sustainable local partnerships.
- 04Contribute to responsible infrastructure investment.
- 05Establish a scalable renewable energy portfolio positioned for long-term growth.
Nine disciplined stages, from concept to long-term operation.
Each project moves through a rigorous, bankable development sequence — the foundation for institutional-grade renewable infrastructure.

A structurally attractive market for long-term solar infrastructure.
Excellent solar resource
Consistently high irradiance levels across Zambia support long-term photovoltaic yield and dependable generation profiles.
Growing electricity demand
Domestic consumption is expanding across industry, mining and residential sectors, creating structural demand for new generation.
Strong investment potential
A stable regulatory environment and active energy sector reform make Zambia a compelling destination for private capital in renewables.
Long-term infrastructure opportunity
The country's transition roadmap opens a multi-decade pipeline for scalable, grid-connected solar infrastructure development.
Building Zambia's renewable future, together.
We welcome collaboration with financial institutions, EPC contractors, technical advisors and government stakeholders who share a long-term vision for renewable energy in Zambia.
